Discipline Wise Assistant Manager Vacancy in EPIL:
  • Civil – 10 Posts
  • Human Resource – 5 Posts
  • Finance – 3 Posts
Academic Qualification:
All above mentioned vacancies comes under Assistant Manager Cadre. For civil discipline the candidate should be a graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech or AMIE) or its equivalent. For the post in Human Resource, the candidate should be a graduate in Management degree (Post Graduate Diploma, MBA or M.Sw) and the finance discipline applicants must possess a qualification in CA/ICWA or in MBA (finance). All applicants must be passed in their concerned academics with a minimum mark of 55% from a recognized institution or university.

Age Limit and Relaxation:
Candidates who are more than 30 years of age are not considered as eligible for this job in EPIL. The upper age limit will be calculated as on 14th January 2013. However, age relaxation is applicable to reserved category by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Selection Process:
Aspirants who are applied through the proper channel will be shortlisted as per eligibility criteria and invited for written test followed by interview. The performance in both tests makes the chance to be selected. 

Pay Scale:
Selected aspirant will be getting paid according to the pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/- per month. In addition to the pay the employee will be benefited with DA, HRA, Medical facilities and other allowances which are admissible as per Rules of the Company.

Application fee of Rs.500/- should be paid in the form of Demand Draft that must drawn in favour of “Engineering Projects(India) ltd” payable at Delhi. SC/ST and PH category candidates are exempted from paying application fees.
