Academic Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates or Post Graduate degree holders with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in their academic final examination is eligible for this recruitment drive. Whichever qualification obtained must be from a recognised Indian University or Institution.

Age Restrictions and Relaxations:
Individuals between 21 to 30 years of age as on 1st Mar 2013 is eligible for this job. Reservation in age as 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates will be given from the upper age limit. Other category candidates can claim age relaxation by submitting required documents as per rules.

Recruitment Process and Examination:
Selection comprise three stages of tests, at first the eligible candidates will be invited for Online Test, this test will be conducted for 400 marks for duration of two hours. Applicants who score good marks in this test will be further called for personal interview. Based on the performance in interview, the next stage of selection will takes place. These candidates will undergo Pre-Recruitment medical examination, candidates who else satisfy the medical fitness they will be placed as an AAO in LIC.

Pay Scale and Emoluments:
The selected applicants will be placed as an AAO trainee for two years period. After that they will be appointed as an Assistant Administrative Officer with the pay scale of Rs.17240-32640/- per month. Many allowances and other benefits will also admissible for employees as per revised rules, including all these they will get a monthly salary of Rs.33418/- in a metro cities.

Intimation Charges/Fee Paying Procedure:
General and OBC category applicants need to pay Rs.500/-; in case the candidate belongs to SC/ST/PH category they need to Rs.50/- only. Along with this fee both category applicants need to pay the bank charge. This payment can be done by means of two process, they are offline mode and online mode of payment.

Offline Payment:
At first the first step of online application should be filled, then after the 2nd working day since the online registration you have to fill the payment Challan which should be downloaded from the lic website and pay the application fee at any nearby State Bank of India, branch by means of cash.

Online Payment:
For this process of payment you have to use net banking service or any cash cards. During the registration of online application the payment step will occur, you have to select the preferred process of payment mechanism to pay the fee. Thereafter you will get a payment reference number, keep it safe for reference.

Application Procedure:
Before starting the online application process keep in hand your academic certificates, valid Email-ID and Scanned copies of photo and signature. A new page will open with the online form, fill it with required details and “Submit” it. In the next page you will get a system generated fee payment Challan, by using this pay the fee in above said process. Then take a printout of the fill in application for future reference.
