Graduation in any discipline with knowledge in basic computer operations and an ability to speak fluent English and local language is eligible for the Customer Agent posts. Diploma or ITI in the discipline of Mechanical or Electrical or Production or Electronics or Automobile Engineering with valid Heavy Motor Vehicle driving license is eligible for the post of Ramp Service Agent.
The upper age limit for senior level vacancy is 30 years and for the lower level post is 28 years. These age limits will be reckoned as on 1st April 2013. Relaxation in upper age limit is considered for OBC and SC/ST category applicants as 3 and 5 years respectively.
For the Customer Agent vacancy the applicant need to undergo Group Discussion followed by that the Personal Interview will taken place. The Ramp Service Agent selection will be takes place by considering the performance in Trade test, Driving test and Interview.
The posting of candidates is purely based on 3 years contract, during this period the senior level posts get a salary of Rs.15000/- per month with an increment of Rs.1000/- per year. The same increment process will be followed for the other posts but the initial salary is Rs.12000/- per month.
General and OBC category applicants need to pay Rs.300/- as application fee by means of Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Air India Air Transport Services Ltd.” payable at Mumbai. All other including Ex-Servicemen are exempted for application fee payment.

Aspirants who are interested in this vacancy are advised to appear for the walk-in interview.
