Education Qualification:
A small section provided in the official notification itself describes the exam pattern, to make it more elaborate; we discussed about the group 4 exam pattern here. The entrants will be provided with two questions papers one the exam hall, one contain the questions in English and the other contain questions in Tamil. Candidates can choose either Tamil or English, but the first section in both question papers will be same.

FCI Online Application Form 2013 for Management Trainee Vacancy

Management Trainee Recruitment 2013: Food Corporation of India is one among the largest public sector company in India which is dealing with the stock and supply-chain management of food grains. This company invites online application from deserving candidates to fill the vacant posts in the designation of Management Trainee in various departments within the company. Food Corporation of India issued a single notification, but it described the vacancies in each zone separately. Totally this recruitment drive is to fill up 460 posts in the designation of Management Trainee. Applying for this job follows two steps, at first the online application must be registered in the official portal of FCI. Followed by that, the applicants need to get a hard copy of the online application and required to send the same by means of ordinary postal service.

Application Fee Payment:
The candidates may choose either Bank Challan or Demand Draft method to pay the application fee. But, FCI advice the candidates to prefer the first method which will be easy for transaction. The total fee is Rs.500/- if you applied more than one post it is necessary to pay Rs.1000/- along with the processing fee of Rs.50/- in a single payment.

Bank Challan Method:
To pay the fee by means of this method, candidate needs to get into the website www.fcijobsportal.com for downloading the "Bank Challan". On that page fill the details whichever required to generate a Challan, after entering all details the system generates a Challan containing a unique Reference Number. Using this Challan pay the prescribed amount along with the Bank Charges in any of the State Bank of India (SBI) branch after 24 hours from the generation of it.

On receipt of the Application Fee, the SBI branch will mention a unique Journal Number, Branch Code and Date of Receipt on the Bank Challan. It contains three copies the first copy will be with the Banker, the second for the applicant and the third should be sending along with application form to the FCI.

Demand Draft Method:
In this process the applicant need to draw a Demand Draft from any of the SBI branch favouring the “FOOD CORPORATION OF INDIA RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT” payable at New Delhi. On the reverse side of the DD candidates are advised to entail the details like their Name, Date of Birth, Zone and Post applied for. This DD must be send along with the hard copy of the application.

Instructions to Fill Online Application for FCI:
  • Log on to the website "www.fcijobsportal.com" and click the link "Apply Online".
  • A new page which contains the form will opens, fill all the necessary details in it.
  • After filling all details, verify the given information submit it.
  • On submission of the application the system generates a filled in soft copy.
  • Download the soft copy of the application and take a printout of it.
  • Then affix a photo and make signature on the appropriate places provided.
  • Once all this process over, send this along with the necessary documents.
After getting the hard copy of filled in application send this along with the DD/ Bank Challan and self-attested photocopies of required certificates to the address: “Post Box No. 35, Sector-19, Noida-201301” by ordinary post before last date.

www.fcijobsportal.com FCI Admit Card Download 2013 for MT Exam: Aspirants who are applied to participate in the Written Test hosted by Food Corporation of India may get the Admit Card from the official website of FCI. By following the recruitment notification for Management Trainees issued by Food Corporation of India, the date for written exam and its schedule has been announced by FCI in their official recruitment portal. Candidates who are applied for this exam will also be informed by E-Mail from the concerned authority of FCI, regarding the issuance of Admit Card.

Availability of Admit Card:
The Admit Card which indicating the time and venue written exam for each candidate will be made available in the website www.fcijobsportal.com before 15 days prior to the date of examination. Candidates can download it from this official site by enter the information like Reg ID and Date of Birth. Food Corporation of India is also dedicated themselves to send the Admit Card for each candidates to their address by means of postal service before 21 days prior to the exam. How to Download Admit Card Online:
To download the Admit Card online, the applicant need to get into the official portal of FCI and update the required details. By entering these details they may get it by means of soft copy.

  • Choose the link representing the name Download Admit Card.
  • A new page opens; on that page enter the required details.

Answer Key for FCI Management Trainee Exam Paper 1 and Paper 2

FCI Exam Syllabus for Management Trainee – Paper 1 and Paper 2

FCI Exam Syllabus for Management Trainee – Paper 1 and Paper 2: Food Corporation of India notified about the recruitment of Management Trainees by conducting a written exam. This examination will be hosted at the various examination centers reserved all over the country. In this section we are going to discuss about the Exam Pattern and Syllabus contributing for this exam.

Since the whole list of vacancy consists of two categories, they are Non-Specialist and Specialist designations. In the Non-Specialist category department like General, Depot and Movement are listed. For these posts aspirants required to write only one exam. The other Specialist disciplines are Accounts, Technical and Engineering. For these posts participants need to write two exams which the basic first paper and the second paper which contains questions of the particular discipline.

Syllabus for First Paper:
