Candidates who are will to register online must log on to the online portal "tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in" for filling E-Registration form. From there you can fill the application by following the instructions listed below.
- Get into the website "tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in".
- From there choose the link 'candidate's corner'.
- By choosing it a new page opens which contains the E-Registration Form.
- Fill it with all necessary details whichever asked.

Once the application is accepted the system generates a slip which containing the Employment Registration ID. Using this ID only the further communication with the Employment Exchange will carry out. How to Renew:
Before the launch of this website all candidates are supposed to register their seniority in the Employment Offices of the relevant locations. As a registration acknowledgement they will be provided with an Employment Exchange identity card which contains a Registration number. Those candidates who are will to renew their seniority may login into the "tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in" by following the instructions.
If a candidate registered in Chennai Professional Exchange his older ID contains the Reg No printed as W/4790/1989. If he need to log on to the new website for renewal; he need to change his Reg No as CHP1989F00004790 and your password is your date of birth which should be entered in the form of (dd/mm/yyyy). In the new login ID the letter 'F' represents Female and 'M' for male. Using this data you can log in to the online portal of Tamil Nadu Employment Exchange and make a renewal or you can update your profile.
