CMAT 2013 Exam Notification Online Application Date and Schedule

CMAT Exam Notification 2013 Online Application Process: AICTE has issued a notification regarding the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) which is going to the takes place on the end of September. ACITE conducts CMAT exam twice in every year, candidates scoring good marks in this test will be selected to pursue management programmes conducted by AICTE approved institutions.

This notification is the first among the two takes place for the academic year 2013 to 2014. Online applications are invited from graduates to compete in this exam, candidates who are eager to apply for this competitive entrance exam, may follow the instructions to fill the applications which are advised below.

Required Qualification:
Candidates who are having a bachelor’s degree in any stream are eligible to apply for this exam. However, students who are studying final year or written academic exams and waiting for results can also apply for this the Management Aptitude Test.

Foreign candidates who are seeking admission in any of the AICTE approved management institutions are also needed to write this exam. This exam will be conducted for these candidates on the exam centres allocated on their own country. The education qualification for these candidates must be according the norms advised by AICTE.

Registration Fee:
General and OBC category candidates have to pay Rs.1200/- as exam fee and for the other category candidates of Indian origin have to pay Rs.600/- only. Foreign applicants are advised to pay $125 by means of online transaction or offline transaction. All applicants have to pay a Bank Charge along with this fee which will be quoted by the bank at the time of payment.

Mode of Payment:
This fee can be paid by means of Online or Offline mode, for offline mode the applicants have to download the payment Challan from the official website and deposit the cash at the bank mentioned on the Challan. The online transaction can be done by means of Card transaction or Net Banking services.

Admission Process:
After the completion of exam, the detailed merit list will be prepared and given to the respective State Governments. Based on this list, they will allot the seats for students through central counselling or otherwise as per their notified admission procedure.
