Education Qualification:
Candidates must be qualified with B.E/B.Tech degree in relevant courses for the Technical Trainee post and for the Finance post degree in MBA (Finance) or CA/ICWA are eligible. The HR post requires MBA or MA in Human Recourses disciplines. All the qualification must be obtained with 60% or above marks and from a recognised institution.

Age Limit:
Candidates who are not born earlier than 1st February 1986 are eligible to apply, this limitation only fall on General category applicants. Other may get age relaxation as per the existing rules.

Selection Process:
VSP conducts the selection process in two tiers, initially it host a Written Test on a scheduled date. Candidates who are scoring good marks will be invited for Group Discussion/ Interview.

Pay Scale:
During the probation period they will be paid with the salary of Rs.20600/-; thereafter they will be placed at their designations and paid with the salary according to the pay scale of Rs.20600-46500/- per month. Along with this basic pay they will also enjoy the benefits of allowances and other perks.

Duration of Training:
Selected candidates will undergo a Probationary Training for a period of one year. After completing this training successfully, they will be further appointed as a Junior Managers on the respective disciplines.
