Candidates applying for any of the Manger Designation must possess Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. For the Clerk Job in Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation, the minimum qualification is B.Com and for the remaining post 12th pass is eligible.
Job seekers interested in this job must not be below 18 and above 45 years of age, as on the date reckoned for age. Reserved categories like OBC and SC/ST candidates may get age relaxation as per reservation rules.

The first three designations comes under the pay scale of Rs.10300/-, Rs.5910/- for the Clerk and Rs.4500/- for the Trainees designation.
